I've been around golf my entire life -- for please, for work. I learned the game from my father and brothers, hitting plastic balls in the front yard. I waited tables and served drinks at a country club. For 14 years, I worked at ESPN -- my final five years there I served as golf editor, overseeing our entire digital content strategy for golf. I've been fortunate to play some of the world's best golf courses -- from Augusta National to Pebble Beach, Shinnecock Hills to Bethpage Black, Royal County Down to North Berwick. I even got to do it with family in a trip I'll never forget. Now, I am a Professor of Journalism at Quinnipiac University.
