@CSiders12 and I have been playing 1-2 times a week at a lower level top golf. We have been striking our irons and hybrids well off the mats and having success virtually on the course. Has anyone had a positive translation to the course from practicing in the simulator? Should I try to go to the range over a Top Golf/simulator? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As my school year gets rolling, I won’t be able to get out as much as I do over our summer break. I’m 5 minutes away from a lower level top golf. I would love to see improvement from my wedges within 100 yards. Any tips and drills that were helpful for you all? I’ve heard about knowing how far all my wedges go using the clock method. Update….i readjusted my lie angle on my irons and am back to normal. Still have some work to do, but am so happy to have my game back. Still have the issue with flushing a ball and having it go 10-15 yards further. I will probably address this in the spring and get fitted for a new set. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

When I first picked up golf after about 10 years I wanted a more forgiving set. I ended up getting the PXG 211s. I don’t have very consistent distances. I feel as if from one swing to the other they could be 10 or so yards different. I know a lot of that depends on the type of contact I make, but I feel like it shouldn’t be that different. Morning! I bought my irons a handful of years ago online and built them with what I believe would work best for me. Would it be worth going to get them fit to me? My irons used to be a strength of mine. I’ve been working a lot of my driver, which has mildly improved. Now I’m less consistent with my irons and hitting them off the heal of my irons. Any advice? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
