  1. My sister bought her Q follow in July 2023 and I really liked the follow feature having your two hands free. So, I decided to borrow hers and test use it for several times before buying one as it is an expensive machine. So I borrowed hers to try it out. I used it for 5 rounds and absolutely loved it. So I bought the exact same model. I was happy with the online order process and the timely shipping by Stewart Golf USA. I just took it our for the first time yesterday (12/8/2023). I was completely familiar with the specs as well as how to operate this machine as I have used it before enough times. I am using the same golf bag and used it on the same golf course I normally play ( so no unusual terrains). Here are a couple observations and problems incurred on my first day out: When I hit the follow button, the cart violently drove right and then left randomly totally unexpectedly after it following smoothly without no problem. This dangerous erratic turning right and left did not happen right when the follow button is pressed. It happened several times (not all the time) after it following me nicely. Because this erratic movements are very fast and totally occurring randomly, it can be super dangerous for anyone near this cart which has happened with me sacring my friends several times. I had to warn them to walk away from me after this happened. Sometimes instead it will just head off in a random direction as well totally not commanded by me. This is strange because when I borrowed my sister's trolley (exact same model) did not do this at all. The cart is also supposed to stop and/or stay still when it gets within a certain distance for the golfer. Sometimes mine did not stop or stopped very close to me which was scary that it will knock me over. My sister's machine stopped within a safe distance all the times. I was very diligent with the location of the remote as small movements could cause the trolley to move wildly. So, I carefully fixed my remote on the belt loop when using the follow feature, so I know it's not the remote movement that's causing this erratic turnings. If you hold the remote and walk, it's expected that the trolley will move erratically. You have to be super deliberate with your indications on the remote. It's nerve wrecking after what happened with my machine yesterday that I had my finger on the stop button at all times. I was super excited to get the Q follow and now disappointed that I am experiencing this problem on my first day out. However, I have contacted the customer support with this issue right away this morning (12/9/2023) and I am hopeful that they will contact me right away and address the issues. Meanwhile, I am posting my experience out there to see if anyone else has had this same experience and let me know what could possibly be the issue. I am using the same golf bag as the one I used when I tested my sister's. So could it be the remote? Could it be the wheels on my trolleys? I am not sure what could possibly cause this issue? I still think this is an awesome machine and I would still buy it again, but just need to warn potential buyers to know that not all machines are 100% perfectly made even with Stewart's quality control team testing each machine out before shipping, you could run into an unlucky one like mine.
