Lately I’ve been fortunate enough to play the same ball for a whole round. The first time I did that I kept the ball on my desk. Each time I do it now, they go right in the practice bucket for backyard drills. short answer: 1 round or until lost whichever comes first

I actually have an interview on Friday to work the Pro Shop counter at the local county course. Wish me luck, y’all!

I’d say Srixon clubs. I game the ZX7 MKIIs and they tend to raise eyebrows at the local range/courses. My first trip to the range with them yielded a “those are some serious clubs, young man” from the shop pro. The strangers I’ve been paired up at the local municipal course have noted them occasionally as well with one gentlemen saying “uh oh, this guy looks like a pro” (I am not and he was probably razzing me) but it definitely feels like an “in the know” brand. Furthermore my wife, who is no stranger to the sport, reacted as expected when I I showed her my new set…her remark? “They’re nice but who the h*ll is Srixon?”

Ben Hogan Big Ben C-S3 9.5° from 2004. Used on eBay for $40 and works like a charm for me.

I’m a former baseball player and beginner golfer. I, like many others, are new to the game and would like to see non-seasoned players test some stuff out. I’m also left-handed which despite only representing 5% of the worlds golfers, still has quite a lot of players to reach. I think Id make a good candidate with the right equipment to test.
