[How'd you play?]

The most frustrating round ever today. I hit 5 bad shots and all 5 lead to double bogeys. Other than those 5 holes, I had 12 pars and 1 birdie. Now the really bad/frustrating part (besides shooting 79) of todays round.........on all 11 pars, I had birdie putts inside of 20', on the 1 birdie I had a 25' eagle putt. 36 putts again toda; man I need to get that oversize putter grip put on.

[How'd you play?]

I haven't played since the 3rd, I'm starting to get the withdrawal shakes. It sucks that its been raining for the last week, but the courses need it.

[What do you do for a living?]

I manage all the telephony switches in the Midwest for a communications company. Most of the time it's boring, but it pays the bills and allows me to get to the course about 4-5 times a week.

Thanks. It sounds like we're in the same boat; I've been striking the ball very well, my putting has been horrendous. While I only had 26 putts yesterday, I lipped out 5 very makable birdies. I just switched to the split-handed putting grip and it must have worked, because before my putts weren't even hitting the lips.

[How'd you play?]

Shot 75 yesterday with only 26 putts. Pins were set for a tournament and pretty tight, so I hit a lot of short side fringes. My GIR took a hit (I only missed 2 greens, but it still went down as a 9/18 GIR round), but my PPR went way down, due to putting from the fringe a lot. All in all, it was a good day.

[How'd you play?]

There is a driving range and par 3 down the road from my house that I frequent quite often. I went Saturday to hit a small bucket of balls and hone in my short game on the par 3 (holes range from 76-160yds). I shanked the entire small bucket of balls, then went out to the par 3 and shot -2; man I love golf.
