  1. Golf if golf, so playing any golf is fine by me; but if I do prefer playing a full 18, for a variety of reasons. My closest public course is a half hour drive so I like to take full advantage of the miles. It also feels more "official". I find that playing the full round tests not only your physical endurance, but also your focus.
  2. I can't help but be jealous of some of the prices I'm seeing here. My nearest, and honestly best public range's grass is always torn to shreds if I'm lucky enough to miss any rain which will make it mats only. Small buckets are $10 (30 balls), medium $11 (50), and large is $12 (75) *I'm estimating the ball counts. The balls are aging Spaulding practice balls. Decent compared to some other ranges where you'll find balls that are either cracked, or knuckle in the air.
  3. I recently switched to cabretta gloves for more feel, with the understanding that I may lose durability. I use a 3 glove rotation as well each round and attach them to my bag with these velcro clip-ons that I made to secure to the sides of my bag. I currently use Circle 15 gloves which are marketed as being a longer lasting glove, however, I am on the fence about their true durability. One of the glove palms opened up on my 10th round this spring. At $20-25 a glove, I was hoping that I'd get close to 20 rounds with them. I've been starting to think that the MCC Plus 4's do a number on cabretta, but at this point, I love the feel so I don't think I'll be switching any time soon.
  4. Thank you Bridgestone for this amazing opportunity. My goto ball is the Bridgestone B XS which I love, however I am often lacking in focus on the course. I'm looking forward to finding how the Mindset may help.
