  1. Sergio García - for pretty much the same reason you don't like Hatton. Bryson - This has been more media driven than anything he has actually done. Ian Poulter - Been to a few tournaments he was in and saw him be pretty rude to people. Rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe I just saw a him on bad days. P. Cantlay - Was at a Pro-Am on a Tuesday or Wednesday before the tournament started and he really never talked with the people he was assigned to play with while other golfers were talking to them the whole time and cutting up. The people playing with him that day were probably expecting to have fun and pick the brain of a PGA pro and he just seemed closed off. I get he was prepping and focusing in for a tournament, and maybe he warmed up to them later while I wasn't watching. Like and dislike Billy Horschel - I hate the gators, but go West Ham Cam Smith - Couldn't tell you why. I just always root against him. Ironically there are a lot of LIV players here which honestly has nothing to do with it. It just makes me less likely to turn on a LIV event to watch people I don't like play.
  2. Overall, I can hit both and have switched back and forth on which one I use the most. I prefer a draw because its just more natural for me, and I can control how far it draws better than I can control how far it fades. Driver I draw, my driver miss is a push and its hard for me to keep a push fade in the fairway while a draw brings that push a little more back on track. 3-wood & long irons (3/4/5) I switch depending on if I am shooting at a green or not. Hard for me to hold greens if I don't fade these. Short irons & wedges I draw. I have never been good at controlling my spin here which is why I don't fade them. When I try to spin a ball back it might stick, or it might spin back off the green. I would rather just hit my number with a draw and it doesn't move much after that unless its out of the thick stuff. Then I can easily plan for a little rollout.
  3. When it comes down to selecting wedges everyone will different opinions based on swing style. That's why there is a variety of grinds available. I would suggest going through the wedge selector process on the Vokey website and use what it spits out as a guiding tool no matter what brand you pick. If you have been playing with .11 bounce and you feel comfortable with that I wouldn’t make any drastic changes. Personally, I use low bounce in my 50&54 because they are usually fuller shots. While I use a mid-bounce on my 58 because it adds some versatility. There are mainly 2 different loft thoughts. 1) Clubbed PW/52/56/60 2) Clubbed PW/50/54/58 To get here you should take into consideration what loft your PW is & think about what shots you have to hit most frequently. I use option 2 because a 58 is easy for me to hit almost anywhere from 100 in & I would rather 3/4 a 54 to get the 100-110 yards instead of mashing a 56. You can also get your lofts bent slightly. Example: You find yourself 60 yards out all the time and your half swing with a 56 gets you to 50-55 yards. You can get that 56 bent to 55 to gain the extra yards but keep the swing that feels the best to you I think you have the two best brands in mind so you cant go wrong with either one. I play the MG4 and like them, but I also liked my Vokeys. My 50 degree is a Cleveland CBX because it’s really forgiving and is only used for full shots. You might also look into Sub 70 wedges. They are a little cheaper and feel pretty good. If you play a 60 degree wedge I actually really like the HI-Toe wedges.
