How long have you been playing golf? I started golfing with my dad when I was in middle school, the early 70's. What’s your handicap or normal score? I'm currently 12.2, with a low the past year of 10.1. What do you love about golf? That I can continue to play at whatever level I happen to be at the time. I've been as low as 7-8 hdcp up to 16-17, but I always enjoy playing and trying to improve. What brings you to MyGolfSpy? Do you already know any other Spies I like the lab testing, especially the ball tests. It's opened my eyes to some different options I like. Where are you from? What is your home course? Grew up in windy Oklahoma, lived for almost 40 years in less windy North Texas. Now living in the Tucson area, a member of The Golf Club at Dove Mountain and The Gallery. What are the best and worst things about golf in your region? Obviously golf here is year round if you can brave the heat. I can and do, but it does get pretty toasty in June. What do you do for a living? I integrate and test weapons on fighter jets. How’d you pick your user name? The transplanted Texan in Arizona. WITB in the signature. Really digging the L.A.B. putter.
