Great blog! The hardest part for me is the negative thoughts, I have always been the person who thinks they can always do better than they are. I think your points of focusing on the journey, not the outcome, and negate the negative go hand in hand. Many times I think of how a bad shot/hole is going to affect my final score. This leads me to start thinking negatively, my bad shots become more frequent which only leads to more negative thoughts; it's a vicious cycle. I am going to try to focus more on making sure each shot, just because I had one bad shot doesn't mean the next one will be bad too.
