  1. Don't know the name - it was given to me. But it was quite small and apparently only costed $2 USD, which might explain the taste
  2. For something slightly philosophical; why do you play the game? For me it's simply a time to relax and enjoy camaraderie. Something about hitting balls with a stick helps guys bond apparently... There's something therapeutic about it - the mathematics and energy that go into a perfect swing. Few things are as satisfying. It's also a nice time to think - especially If I'm alone.
  3. Heines, stellas and lagers mostly. Though I enjoy a good ale from time to time when I'm feeling cheap.
  4. Just tried my first a few weeks ago. Tasted like peanut butter...
  5. Well hello! Hope you enjoy yourself Donald
  6. Haha! I've never done kettlebells before. Might give those a go. Usually I do deadlifts (for the forearms and legs), some kind of row for the back and twists for the obliques. Those are the muscles that always hurt for me after a golf session.
  7. The Beatles...you just made my day...Norwegian Wood.
  8. This is hardly serious - but when your mates yell obscenities during your swing to put you off
  9. Haha! That's probably the coolest way to get stuck in Auckland traffic - motorbike. I'm half Canadian but I've been in Auckland all my life. Live in the North Shore and work in Greenlane. Go to either Northcote or Akoranga driving range when I get the chance. I'm sure we'll both lose a lot productive workings hours on this site
  10. Hey mate! Good to see a fellow Kiwi. Don't know 'bout you, but I'm a Jafa =P Looking forward to the conversations
