Golf is fun when:

• The pace of play is fast.
•  I’m not recovering from orthopedic and joint replacement surgeries. 
• The course does not require motorized carts and can be avoided.
• Playing partners have senses of humor and no one either looks for balls or talks about how much better they “usually” play.
• There’s no snow (or leaves all over the fairways)!
• Every hole is cut well and doesn’t look (or play) like a little volcano....
