Tennis Elbow and/or golfers elbow is the worst! I remember taking lessons a few years ago and having to stop after about 10 minutes cause I was in so much pain from hitting the ball and just sitting there holding my arm thinking I was never going to be able to golf again. I had done all sorts of physical therapy and patches, bands, and injections and my next step according to the doc was surgery. Someone told me about a Theraband Flexbar and said get on Amazon and order one. So I did, and it's honestly changed my life! You can look it up on YouTube as they have all sorts of videos of how to use them but after about a week of using it 10 or so minutes a day the pain in my elbow has gone away.
Now I tell everyone I come across that has a tennis elbow strap on their arm about them because it has made such a big impact on my life! I feel like I should be sponsored by them but they really work!
