    Just received my new V3 watch.. It will not finish updating the firmware update, followed the recommended fixes on the website to no avail. Emailed the support group at the company and received an email that they will not respond for over 1 week.. not customer friendly.. Does not work with Samsung Note 10 to date. Wonder if they will refund?
