Honestly, no matter what clubs you game ( I game a mix of old and new) everyone no matter what age can actually benefit from a quick 20 minute golf centered yoga routine targeted around the hips, glutes and lower back. Barring any major physical impediment to those areas you will see an improvement. 1st thing in the morning works best, get some light bands too, and more importantly do your purposeful yoga before practice/rounds. Not saying you need to go through this entire thing every time but take a few moves and boil it down to your own 10 minute routine
