Weezyrider

My shaft arrived with no sticker and a grip that was not a golf pride tour velvet. The layup of the fiber looks very poor with visible gaps between sheets and layers. The shaft does not feel smooth. The surface feels wavy when you run a finger along the length of the shaft. No response to email sent to customer service, Facebook messenger chat only replied to say I should contact customer service via email. Calling customer service you are also advised to use email.
