[How long do you play the same golf ball?]

A ball last me maybe 3 or 4 holes if I’m lucky. Lol. 
 

In all seriousness when I do have a ball that makes it through a round I normally will keep using it. 

[Spikes or spikless?]

I have both but prefer my spikeless Nike Air Max. They are more comfortable, but when it’s a little wet they do not provide the traction I need.

[Golfing With Sciatica]

Just recently got diagnosed with sciatica, and haven't been able to play as much this year due to the pain.  Any tips for others that golf that have sciatica?  Any good stretches or warm up techniques?
