Thanks for the responses. I have a Ping Sigma 2 Tyne 4 which I game so I have a putter. I wanted to get this one repaired for a backup. I might try and bring it to my local Authorized PING Retailer and see what they tell me. At $75 for repairs, I might just keep it how it is.

Did you have to pay to have it repaired? I'm having the same issue, but Ping says it out of warranty because it's the 2017 model and wants $45 for repair and $15 shipping each way.
