  1. Had the left hip done @ the age of 73, best thing I ever had done, should'vehad it done when initially suggested 10 years ago, my bad Recovery, was up and moving around about 4 hrs after surgery with the assistance of a walker. 3 days later was walking with cane. Only med I took was an occassional Tylenol, but I used alot of ice. Rehab was easy, but I was walking every 2 hours, each day extended my range and including hills. The exercises done at rehab twice a week, I did at least 2x day. 2 weeks I was driving, putting and chipping. At end of the 4th week, I was playing 9 holes, every day. At 6 weeks I was back to golfing 18 holes daily. My issue was that all the compensations I made to accomodate the hip/back issues, left me with a butt ugly swing from rear foot, primarily arms only. Its taking longer to get rid of the bad habits and develop a good swing IIt's been a life changer..
