UPDATE. the company watched the videos and agreed the Q was not functioning correctly. They will replace it for me. Very impressive customer service. It is refreshing when a person chooses to do the right thing. Thank you Stewart!

Thank you so much for the responses. I have a bag that i weighed so i know i am in the correct weight range. I have run tests with the remote clipped onto the back of my belt, the back pocket of my shorts and also clipped to my front pocket. The violent right left movements acted the same in all positions. Also, when i stand next to the unit and shut off the remote blue tooth the unit does multiple pirowhettes to the right very slowly I took 3 videos and sent them in. I love the concept, took a long time researching and was really excited about the unit. And now i am considering returning it as am within the 30 day window. Hope they can resolve this as reviews are great but think i have a dud unit or remote with a weak signal?

Just purchased the Q and the follow mode has been so erratic. It will buck left and right like a puppy trying to get out of a leash. It threw my drink right out of the drink holder and my partners now keep their distance lol. Am waiting for a response from customer service and will keep you posted.
