I have the the cheap swing white and blue radar. I’m changing to the PRGR

I’m on my 10th session (51 years old) 5 handicap. I started to see some gains in the beginning, but last few session have dropped off. Is this normal? I know at my age I’m not going to see amazing gains, but it looks like I’m worse now then when I started. Thoughts?
