Slow play doesn't bother me as much because I decide to play in the morning to avoid following people that don't play often. If I play with friends that are casual golfers I expect a bit slower pace since we are likely to play later. What bothers me is a tiny tee off and the course near me has tee offs that are really uneven (not leveled). That is such a pain to try to find a good spot to get setup and not have your feet higher or lower! My only other pet peeve is having partners that will critic or stress me while I play. I have one friend that, for example, goes : ouuuu that's not a gimmie, don't miss that putt for par. Iiish that ball is gone. Etc. He also then compliments all his good shots. I find that pretty annoying and rarely play like I should with him.
