I try to walk my club as much as possible - 6+ miles for 18. I’m not in great shape but I tend to feel more connected. Two recommendations.

2. Don’t speed yourself up mentally when you play with riders. Keep breathing, play your game. Most riders are cool with walkers but it’s easy to put added pressure on yourself to keep up/make up time.
