Well, I think I got something interesting for this forum!
Recently picked up a Ben Hogan Powerthrust Iron set (2-3-5-6-7-8-9-E) from a guy for 60$ CAD
They are in a pretty good shape for their age (I'll get a picture later) and surprisingly to myself, I hit way better with those than my original Top-Flite Inertia Irons which are cavity back! It's supposed to be the opposite since the Ben Hogans are full blades... oh well! My gain! I will say though... when you don't hit it dead center, they are physically punishing. The shock from hitting the ball off-center is felt through the arm and it is painful.
Overall, I am very happy about this purchase and plan on playing those irons for a long time until I decide to splurge on a new iron set.
