I am going through the same process SunilM. I had the exact problem, bent wheel shaft. I purchased my navigator April 2023 through Amazon thinking their waranty would suffice. I used it 6 rounds then stored it through the winter. I took off the wheels this spring and noticed the bent shaft. I contacted Amazon who directed me to PlayBetter Sport who in fact sold me the navigator. I contacted them and they absolved themselves by directing me to MGI. MGI said the warranty is intact but does not cover, surprise wheel shafts. I took the navigator to a machine shop hoping they could bend it back in place but no luck.
