It seemed like an extreme reaction for sure. I've had some guys who weren't good with etiquette but this was a whole new experience.

Had a gentleman today drive into the wrong fairway and drive right up to our ball. Without looking at it. Got out and hit while we were still teeing off. We yelled hey that's our ball. He proceeded flip us off and make a giant backside of himself and try to pick a fight.
Luckily he backed down when he realized he was out numbered and we weren't backing down but it was easy to tell he was belligerent drunk and on drugs. (Former LEO and the bulging eyes is a dead give away unless he has thyroid eye disease.) Well called the club house and he was ejected with his 2 playing partners who actually just walked away when he started being a s***. They claimed to be The PGA pros for a course in Idaho. Well they left about 20 empty s in the cart and a bunch of trash. Our shop called theirs and banned them for life. 
My first ever shrink the game moment and it came from someone who's and "industry professional "
And the worst part...... Dude wanted to fist fight over a kirkland 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Holy S**T!!! That’s absolutely insane! Thank goodness the club had them banned for life! They should lose their pro status. Thanks for sharing! I did have a group of women playing in front of us on day one of the club championship hit my ball back into the fairway after I drove the green they were on. I was in complete shock. 😳 the ladies wouldn’t even talk to us afterwards when we confronted them. All too often we see this now. Again, thanks for sharing and reading!
