In the last year two crashes on my bike, 1) front tire blowout, injured right shoulder. 2) Cut off by a car making right turn into me, left shoulder injured. (bike totaled)
Archery has been a tremendous help in getting fitness back in the right shoulder and some in left. But my left shoulder is at a plateau.
I have been using my swing trainer and it has been okay but not seeing much improvement.
My leg and core strength are both back and good, my doctor said shoulder looks good and it will just be time. At my age I know time slows but would really like my game to be pain free by spring.
