Hello VG, I just received my MSS and started the protocols today. from reading your posts it seems like its legit and I'm looking forward to seeing results come golf season. I'm also currently doing FFG on M-W-F and will be implementing the SS in between workout days. I'm going to try and get swing speed numbers with my SC200 and see if it registers the swing speeds. Hope our efforts show on the golf course in a few months. Kekoe220
