  2. I have been impressed with the member testing narratives posted on the site, and would love to contribute. Having played mainly Callaway drivers, I am intrigued by the latest Mizuno drivers and fairway woods. My current backup iron set is the Mizuno MP64 with KBS Tour 100 (reg flex). My gaming iron set Miura CB57's. Ken, California Callaway GBB Epic / Aldila Tour Blue ATX 55-R 93 mph driver swing speed / 12 handicap Preferred ST 180 9.5 loft/ MRC Tensei CK Orange - Regular flex
  3. 1) Scarcity: Miura putters are even more difficult to find than their irons. Take a look at ebay and you can see all kinds of iron sets and wedges for sale, but there are significantly fewer putters for sale. 2) Feel: The most favored top of the line putters (aka Scotty's) are clicky to me, so I think most people may not like or enjoy how Miura putters feel to them. I game the KM-007 mid mallet Miura putter, and it does play very soft and seems to align with my "feel" putting style. I have drained more left to right--ocean break--up the fringe crazy breaking putts with this putter in the last 6 months than I have all other putters combined in my lifetime. I have also played the KM-006 anser-style putter and loved that one too.
  4. Oh, and I moved to Manhattan Beach, CA prior to the snow falling in Pittsburgh. I have missed only two weekends of golf since Christmas.
  5. I have settled on the Miura 1957 cb irons for this year! But I held onto my Mizuno's (as a backup set, of course).
  6. Hello! I am a confirmed equipment addict. Goal is to play single set of irons this season (everything else is negotiable). 12 handicap that plays 40-50 rounds per year.
