Feedback on a golf forum can never supplant lessons. Short of that though, since you asked, the best thing you could do imo is only swing 3/4 what you show in the video. About here:
The objective is to get onto your left side better from the top. You will be in much better position to do so at "3/4".
The other major thing I see is your shoulder plane being too flat. This is a biggy, because the golf swing is way easier if the torso/rib cage/ shoulders are rotating on the right plane. You should feel the right shoulder moving up and back toward the target at initiation, with the emphasis on up.
I believe these two steps will get you in much better position to hit the ball with authority. You want to be sure to feel your weight on the inside of your right foot at the top. Everything will flow to the left from there without thought if you get loaded correctly.
This may be more than you asked for or wanted. It won't hurt my feelings if you just choose to ignore. I'm not a teaching pro, but an avid amateur analyst, so take it for what it's worth. Hope you do find it helpful though. Cheers.
