Having grown up in a lower-middle income family, I took on the game of golf on my own around age 12.  Playing baseball in high school and college had delayed my development in golf, but I'm now becoming more consistent and have driven my handicap down to a 5.8 index.  I enjoy bringing out neighborhood kids with mine to the range... and do what I can to be an ambassador of the game.
