My golf bag is as follows:

3 Wood: Taylormade M5 Rocket, 14 degrees (set to 14.75), Mitsubishi Diamana D+ Limited 80 shaft in stiff flex, weight moved slightly to the heel.
3 Hybrid: Cobra F9 Speedback, 19 degrees, Fujikura ATMOS Blue shaft in stiff flex.
Irons: 4-PW Cobra Forged Tec Black, 2 degrees flat, .5” short, True Temper AMT White S300 shafts.
Gap Wedge: Titleist Vokey SM7, Jet Black, 50 Degrees, 12 degrees of bounce, 1 degree flat, True Temper AMT White R300 shaft.
Sand Wedge: Taylormade Hi-Toe, 56 Degrees (Bent to 55), 10 degrees of bounce, 1 degree flat, KBS High Rev 2.0 shaft.
Lob Wedge: Unknown brand, 60 Degrees. (Currently looking to upgrade)
Putter: Ping G5i Anser shape, Black dot, 34”. (Currently looking to upgrade)
I play pretty well with this set up. The soft spots are the 60 degree, driver and putter, but I make it work.
