Played 18 on our sister course Monday.  Shot 85 playing tees a bit further back than my normal course.  As a result I wore my 5 iron out, and was not disappointed.   Including missing a hole in one by about 3 inches.   On the day, I hit 9 greens, which is higher than I normally do even on my home course from shorter tees.  Granted these green are much larger than m course and led to  a couple 3 putts.
Then  a bit of a range session this afternoon mostly just the PW and 7 iron to make sure I stay somewhat ready for league play tomorrow.   Really solid results this afternoon as well.  I was tuned into three specific things, since I seemed to be hitting the ball well and didn't have to focus on the swing to much.  Sound, height and flight.   I was happy with all three.   The sound on these are so much improved over the previous T300s and just about any other GI iron that I have played recently.   just a nice solid sound when hit flush.   Flight was a very slight fade, which is my normal flight.  In some early rounds I thought these were leaking or fading more than normal, but after my round on Monday and this afternoons practice, I think it had to have been my alignment that was off.   Today they were on target, for example they started just left of the 1 in the 150 sign, and landed pretty much right in front of the 5 or 0 on most shots.   Now granted the sign is kinda large, but not 20 yards wide 🙂
Lastly the flight, I have always tended to have a high ball flight, and these are right there and maybe slightly higher.  So despite the strong lofts, the tungsten placed low and on the perimeter does exactly what Titleist says it does.
So each time out, I seem to be more and more pleased with these.    Will have an update after tomorrows round.

I hope to contribute to this thread in a few months.  My order has been placed!  Thanks to my good buddy @Golfspy_CG2 who was able to put in an order for me at his club.  I'm going with the 4-6 T200's + 7-PW T100s, 1* up, KBS Tour 90 shafts.
Most of you know I'm a huge Titleist fan & that's the only thing that touches my bag.  So it was just a matter of time for me to get my hands on the new irons!  HA!  🤣

BOLD PREDICTION Time.... I say the T300 will win the Most Wanted Game Improvement category next year.  And that's without even knowing what new is coming from Callaway or TM or Cobra.
These irons are that good!  Not only my results from the past couple rounds.  But we had a Titleist fitting day at our course yesterday and everyone that hit these from a 23 year old to an 86 year old  form a 3 handicap to a 30, had the same reaction, "are you kidding me"  or "These just go so straight and high"   A couple guys that came in specifically looking for the T200, left with the T300 order, as it was just a no brainer when they saw how easy they were to hit and how good they looked.

It’s not just you.  Looks to me like a GI on a diet.
The T300 have my attention 👍

I got mine yesterday.  I got out for a few holes today and posted a couple bag pics.  I’ll post more detailed pics tomorrow.
Looks wise?  Definitely Titleist best looking GI iron yet.  Didn’t love the first iteration of T300.  The 718 AP1 was pretty good looking but this blows it away in my mind.   Slightly smaller profile all the way around.   But still gives you enough confidence looking at it.

Tough to make any true judgments on distance based on a short run today.  But they are certainly not shorter than anything I’ve played recently.   Nice high ball flight.   I have the MCA Orange shaft and it is a nice lightweight 60g’s I think, I can’t recall exactly.
I hit about a half dozen balls to one par 3 that was playing 143.  I hit 6 iron.  A couple were 5 yards or so short.  2 were almost pin high to the right.  Then I hit a 5 iron about 5 yards past.

I went to hit PW from 100 on another hole. My normal distance most of those csme up 5-10 yards short. But they were into a pretty good breeze and I think the high flight got to them on those.
So first impressions are very favorable.

One of the things I forgot to touch on so far on these.  The all important turf interaction, I think due to the increase in fitting and videos from Ian at TXG, Turf Interaction has become a a big thing during fittings and what players look for during play.    I have played a variety of iron heads in the past with (thinnish soles-such as the T100S, AP2 and wider soles such as T300 and G410's.  Also the Srixon's which tout the V Soles.  I have done well with each type and I have struggled with each type at different intervals.  My swing years ago was very steep with a out to in move, so irons with low bounce and thin soles were death to me.   Over the last couple years my swing has shallowed out a bit and it's still a bit out to in naturally but not nearly to the degree it was, so I'm taking much less divots than I used to.
All that to say, i find the soles of the T300 very user friendly to me. Some will say they are thick, and sure compared to the other T Series, they are going to be a bit wider.  In two rounds, I have yet to hit a really fat shot, and I played yesterday on a very soft course that had 3 inches of rain the day before.  But I find the clubs just do a very nice job of getting through the turf.  My miss on irons is to hit a bit behind the ball, and on a couple shots I did that, and still got away with a manageable shot, nothing in trouble at all.
Here is a good comparison to two similar style irons.  The ZX5 on the left, the T300 in the Middle and the Radspeed OL on the right.   To me it's definitely thinner than the Radspeed and even appears a touch smaller than the ZX5 so definitely not one that I think anyone would find obnoxiously big.
