  1. Had anyone built a shaft puller? I haven’t checked YouTube. I bet there’s a video for that too. Checking around I found a shaft puller on Amazon for like 159$ seems pretty ligit too.
  2. I could use some ppl to play with I’m new to the game but practicing daily.. indoor simulator… I just don’t know many ppl who golf and the ones I do know don’t play as much as I’d like to
  3. Thank you for all your comments. I could see myself doing club work myself honestly. Like most of you I enjoy everything golf. I mean this is my second season golfing and I already built an indoor simulator. Michigan kinda sucks most winters… I’ll be looking into a shaft puller and watching YouTube tutorials on shaft pulls. And I just found this site that sells furrules and grips even set of both together. now I just need to do a fitting to narrow down shag steel shafts will work well for me!
  4. So I posted this on another forum and the ppl said to just do it myself. I have a set of 2021 t300s in Aldila NVs 65gram regular flex. I just got fitter for a driver and my average s.s. Was 105.7 and I hit my 7 iron 170-175 yards. So I obviously outgrew my iron shafts. mid like to keep the heads just reshaft with a steel 105 g stiffs anyway I was told to just reshaft them my self is that a horrible idea for someone pulling graphite and has never done anything like that? So is it easy enough that someone with alittle handy skills could do it fine
  5. So I was going to do some online lessons thru Skillest app. But right now on. The Taylormade + app they do online lessons and it’s only 12$ for a month. They’ll match you with a coach and I’ll stay with that coach so I’m going to record a few irons swings and try the talormade app. In case anyone didn’t know you can try the talyormade + apps online coaching FREE for 2 months you just have to type in the code (train) in there promo box
  6. Thanks and yes I quickly learned not to go the golf galaxy route for fitting. But Carlsgolfland is like a masssive pro shop heated hitting ranges with trackman a massive putting green etc. they offer free fittings and a performance fitting center. Just was expecting more. I’m on a bother forum and the fitter I went to came recommended by multiple ppl. Club champion is expensive but at least they get you dialed in with a shaft then use that shaft on different club heads. That’s not what happened at carlsgolfland and I was quite upset. But my driver came yesterday so I’m excited to get out and use it!
  7. First alittle background, sorry I got alittle chatty So I started golf sept 2021, and sense I lived in michigan I only played A hand full of times that year. But I caught the bug so bad. I just couldn’t play the set of copperhead irons and jack Nicklaus driver. So I went to golf galaxy and the employee put let me hit a few drivers… mind u I know NOTHING about golf equipment so he sold me a ping g410 senior flex shaft. Obviously I was slicing the ball there and sense I was just beginning my s.s We’re very low. The other thing I did was go get fit for irons because the little info I had said u must do that. So club champion was the closet place. I was hitting the COPPERHEAD IRONS very short there basically cb’s. Club champion fit me into the 2021 T300s bent to t100s specs with the Aldia NV 65g graphite Regular flex shaft. Now here I am my second full season, I went for what I thought I was going to be a proper Driver fitting @ Carlsgolfland and the fitter said sense I’ve only been golfing 2 years it would b a waste to try the “up charge” driver shafts, that we would be able to make a stock option work. Also I told him my miss is a slice but I’ve really been working on my swing and I’m mainly hitting a nice cut/fade. Yet he still only picked heads that would be more draw bias and the most forgiving options. I feel like we didn’t try different heads like low spinning options. Like ppl say you never know what could work but he put me in a box. Even tho I didn’t slice one ball I was pulling my drive that day. Still ended up buying a drive he recommended. Although I was a little disappointed in his fitting process ok here it is once think I did learn is that I’ve picked up hell of a lot of s.s. 104/105 mph. so my driver shaft is x stiff cause I have a super aggressive Driver swing. I don’t swing my irons as aggressive as the driver . My 5 iron when I hit it decently is my 205/210 club 6 irons 189/193 7 175 etc but I’m still useing the Aldia NV 65 gram regular flex. And it feels like if I don’t time it just right I hit terrible shots fat. Big pulls slices. The heads feel so whipy threw the swing. so with a iron swing speeds 84-94ish what type of shafts might b a decent replacement into my t300? I asked the fitter he said steel for sure no more graphite snd in the stiff range not xstiff and not to move it something super heavy. Also i still think I’d benefit from something Higher launching. And would it be cheaper to just have the t300s reshafted or maybe trade them in for something with a shaft better fitting shalft that’s still in the game improvement or players distance category?
  8. Congratulations to the testers. Excited to find out how they hold up. Been going from brand to brand trying to find a winner. Maybe the insight will have me making a purchase on their site
  9. I was fit for a driver at Carlsgolfland. And the shaft I ended up with was the Kaili Blue 60x. Come to find out their on back order till early May. Which means I won’t have my new driver till Middleish May. Now I could keep playing my old gamer BUT my Fitter is going to discuss other options. anyone have any advice, about what shaft would be close to the kaili blue? Or maybe even something close to same spec but better. I was thinking ventus Red Tr or ventus blue…. Maybe even ventus Tr Blue? After doing some research my self I can’t seem to find a Mid/ Mid with a high kick point like the kaili blue. Closest might have been a blue speeder
  10. Congratulations. I hope you all enjoy the irons. I can’t wait for reviews. Callaway and all their tech in an iron.
  11. Super excited to hear what you guys have to say. I hope you guys enjoy this opportunity!
