Yea NW SD is scariest of water so sand greens were the thing. Made good money in my youth as a green keeper during a tournament raking your assigned green between 4 somes

New to the site but got wondering how many members have played on sand greens? I learned golf on them over 50 years ago. You sure learn to chip on them. I still know of 3 courses that have them. The true definition of Pasture Pool.
