  1. I would expect a glove to last at least 10 or so rounds. It also depends on how I care for it. I normally keep a ziploc bag in my bag for gloves. I noticed if I store it in there after play or range, it keeps its flexibility and softness. I noticed when I don't do that, and just throw it in my bag or in the armrest of my truck that it gets hard and the grip becomes slippery. If you wear it for a little it will soften up but usually changes shape due to it drying stiff.
  2. Well if I keep the ball in play.. I will play the same ball until it has damages on it. With my previous driver, (which I babied given the price), I noticed some scuffs on the face like I had hit it through the dirt or something. It was then that it occurred to me that a scuffed ball will ding the face of your driver/woods. So as long as the ball has no defects I'll keep driving it. After that I'll swap it for a new one. However it doesn't mean I toss the ball completely. A small ding in the ball or piece of the cover the size of a head of a tack sticking up I will just peel off and play on holes were I'd T up with an iron. But say it lands out of bounds, or hits a tree, it will usually be damaged to the point I wouldn't play it any more. Thats how I determine when a ball is ready for the bin, or a very intimidating water hazard hole
  3. Most recent purchase was Titleist TSR2 Driver. Definitely plays better than the Ping 425 max I had previously. Sounds nicer and seems more forgiving, feels lighter as well! Sound might not matter to most, but I prefer that ting! over the knock I was getting on the 425. Also got the matching 3 wood TSR2+ but I was having difficulty hitting it off the ground without a constant slice. Changed the setting to A2 for the last few weeks and it seems to have done just enough to straighten out the shots. Larger face and heavier head have made it longer than I expected haha been having to learn to hit my 5 iron on some holes because the TSR2+ goes past my previous wood distance. Not a bad problem to have!
  4. New member, great info here thanks for the breakdown. Will definitely work on contributing to the forum and hopefully one day be a tester!
