  1. I just bought a practically brand new Callaway CB 50 degree wedge listed as a demo from Golf Galaxy. While it was out of the plastic, it looked like it had never been hit, and I paid half of the price of what they wanted for a new one. They give you 7 days to bring it back if you don't like it. The only part of the experience I didn't enjoy was taking the GG stickers off the shaft, still have the adhesive residue from those on the shafts.
  2. My local muni's also do this, unless there is already a booking for that time. Since I work nights and a lot of weekends, I usually play mid morning or so during the weekdays, so usually I just head down to the course I want to play and they can usually get me in right away without any wait. I've also used GolfNow quite a bit and have never had an issue. If I was asked to pay anything above and beyond what GolfNow charged me, and it wasn't in the listing for the tee time (I've seen courses around here state there will be an extra charge if you request a single for a golf cart), I'd call GolfNow and get it resolved and/or get my money back and play somewhere else.
  3. As much as I'd love a warm up hole, as most of the courses I play don't have a range to warm up at, it takes me 4-6 holes to really get in the groove. Maybe they can just change the hole numbers to start with hole 6 and I'll play better from the start lol.
  4. I bought a CaddyteK 4 wheel cart on Amazon just after Christmas which was the same as this one, albeit with the extra wheel. Paid about $110 before tax. I saw they had a three wheeled version, maybe this one, a day or two ago for just under $100. Amazon's prices tend to fluctuate from day to day, so it may be back to $149 which seems like the going rate. The Costco version tends to go on sale for $129 for about a week every two or three months. Too cold for golf where I'm at at the moment, but assembly took about a half hour with less than great instructions that were included, and my current stand bag fits on there well, though I do plan on upgrading bags in the near future.
