What Is Your Next Planned Golf Equipment Purchase?
tomdisy replied to GolfSpy_APH's topic in General Equipment Talk
I need to buy a five wood. Mine is old. I didn’t have it in play but my new irons have a 4 which I like, but made my hybrid redundant. This is likely going to result in all new woods. -
I use a ping hoofer. Still walk and carry my bag when I can. The hoofer works fine for me when I ride.

I have a Garmin range finder that incorporates gps to provide a yardage book view of the hole and overlays an arc across the green to show pin position based on laser. It can be a little frustrating when gps and laser yardages conflict. It’s not perfect technology. I also use Roundabout app for hole displays, yardages and round tracking. I find it really useful. I tried Arccos. Didn’t work for me.

Anyone have experience with Costco’s Country Club Elite golf mat and/or GoSports ELITE Golf Net Combo set?

My gym is loosing more and more space to my “backup” clubs. I have two sets of irons, several drivers and fairway woods, a half dozen putters and a couple sets of wedges. I’ve looked at selling them, but their value seems low and not worth the effort to trade. Then again, I know I’m not ever going to put them in play over getting new equipment. Maybe in a pinch, if I break something, but I have too many. Has anyone had success in selling old equipment? Where and how do you do it?

RED Rememberable Enjoyable Dog (a place your dog would enjoy walking) I can’t remember the author’s name or title, but this comes from a book on architecture I read

Happy to be here. I’ve loved golf my entire life. Everything about it. Playing, practicing, learning, equipment and spectating.
