  1. lol…. Isn’t funny how you could do so well then out of nowhere “time to change balls”
  2. I , along with Josh Parker, play with my balls a little longer than most. If not scuff and still getting the distance average for my swing, I will continue to play. It’s not about money, as I said I walk my dog on the course in the morning and I have found more balls than I will play in my life time. Now in another feed someone mention hitting the ball in the same spot, would that wear down that point or have an affect on the ball. (Never thought of that). lol if you are reading this and I lost ya, what they were getting at was you tee your ball up with your alinemant/mark tool facing down the fairway. Your swing will making contact on the same spot every time. Will that have an affect?
  3. Definitely cart. I cart bag< they are huge and can carry a lot of things. (A 22cal. for when in the woods and want to do some hunting while looking for a ball. A fishing rod when by the lake for looking for the ball again.) just had both and now retire and golfing everyday. The cart bag lets me carry more out on the course for the day
  4. lol….. my latest purchase is a new putter to me. I am sure we all have that friend who has multiple putters. He showed up using it and I just like the look. Asked to try it out and 2 days later made him offer. For now I love it, but give me 3 months and let’s see. The putter an Odessy mini seven
  5. lol…. I like some of those but I don’t get them just for that reason….. I even use to have a very distinct way I would mark my ball until I find others who are playing with them or it’s ended up in the driving range balls
  6. Good morning, WITB for me is Taylormade Sim 2 driver Taylormade Sim 3 wood Taylormade Sim 3 Hybrid Taylormade Sim 5-Pw irons Titelist Wedges 50* and 54* Odessy putter Callaway SuperSoft ball
  7. Afternoon fellow golfers New here, so if I am doing this wrong please feel free to give me some advice. Retired last summer and live on a golf course ( that was my retirement plan) and when I walk my dogs I am always finding different balls. Now not knowing if we can mention “ brands” but I have okay with some of the premium ones and have come with the conclusion that my swing speed is not letting me compress them. Now I played with a cheaper ball and I played great. Now not saying that I am superstitious but I am thinking the ball was big part of my great round…. Lol. Question that I have is have any of y’all played better with a cheaper ball or could my good play have been me putting it all together and the ball is just a little part of it
