  1. Looking to get some wisdom on a women’s SLDR 5 wood. Has the fujikura speeder 47 shaft in it, and the wife snapped the shaft a couple weeks back hitting. Its non adjustable so I’m just trying to get some info on what size tip this head takes as I’d like to repair it for her.
  2. That’s my next set I’m going for! Well dream set currently. Want to set them up on some Nippon 950 neos! Best feeling club I’ve ever hit. But gonna try building a few different Maltby irons first see if they compare.
  3. Just bought a Callaway rogue st max 3 wood with ventus blue stiff shaft. First hit on the course 240-250 right down the centre of the fairway. Big improvement over my ping anser 3 wood.
  4. I bought a set of irons when I started off that were 1.5” over standard and 2 degrees stronger. Not to mention I bought a full bag of regular flex clubs. Found out very quickly I made a mistake and needed to buy a whole new set of clubs. But it didn’t stop there, bought a M3 Driver and I need all the face height I can get when it comes to my driver. Also found out that I really don’t get along with Mitsubishi shafts. So moral of the story, get someone to size you up and always try your clubs out.

  6. Appreciate the feedback. Always looking for a glove that will hold up.
  7. @EnderinAZ How would you compare it to a Kirkland glove? I find the value is unbeatable especially since you get four gloves for the prices of essentially one premium glove (even a bit less in some cases) and quality is really solid. I use the same one for sim, range, and on course and it’s still holding up for a solid 3-4months now.
  8. Much prefer 18. Usually cures the itch for a few days lol. In all honesty I’ve found I start to pick up my game now as the round goes on.
  9. I have been looking for an enclosure like this! I am in Ontario, Canada so I feel you on those long cold months my man. Appreciate you sharing this! First post that popped up when I searched simulators. Have been trying to convince the wife that a simulator will help save money and trips to the local sims in my area lol. This will for sure help cut the cost and push it into more my budget range.
  10. Treated myself to a basically new Mizuno ST-Z 230 Driver, with hzrdus smoke black stiff shaft for only $360CAD. Took it to the range, and in normal me fashion bounced it off the ground 2-3 times and cried on the inside a bit as i scuffed and scratched it. But I have to say the sound and feel is far better then my TM M3 driver.
  11. Rapid Fire Review: I have spent a good amount of time with this putter, going on two years. Be it in a simulator or on the green I’ve put the GT through its paces. First Impression: Upon opening the box I was truly impressed with the clean simplistic look, nothing distracting, yet it wasn’t underwhelming either. The thick black line really helps the alignment line pop, making aligning to your ball quick and easy. Weight of the putter was exactly what I was looking for, on the heavier side to really help instil the confidence in an already very stable putter, with quite a bit of forgiveness. I felt like I found my forever putter. Current Impression: Now having a putter you can pull out of the bag that instills confidence, provides stability, and offers a level of forgiveness is fantastic, until those miss hits are hard to fix. The lack of feedback off the face makes miss hits unrecognizable, due to the soft “spongy” face. Not being able to have the “feel” or “feedback” off the face makes this club, to me at least fall into the beginner category. Unfortunately the price point doesn’t reflect the type of golfer I believe it should be angled towards. Conclusion: I still believe that this is a great putter for your beginners or even the golfer that struggles with keeping the putter square. If you are a “feel” golfer I would advise you to look into something different. *First review, so anything I could add/improve on please give me feedback.*
