I'm still waiting to be fitted for my putter once this pandemic is over. I was fitted from TXG, my hdcp went from a 27 to 22 in about 3-4 weeks after I received my fitted driver, 4H, and irons, had my shafts lengthened, before the fit I was using my father's hand-me-down clubs. I was expecting an improvement but I didn't think it would be that much for someone at my skill level. They also set me up to grow into my clubs a little bit. For someone just starting to take the sport seriously I already have a pretty quick swing ~100-105 mph club head speed on the driver.
After playing a lot with my new clubs over the couple months near the end of last season, the things I'm looking to adjust are getting either a 3H or 5W, I'm leaning towards 3H, possibly a 5H as well, and I don't think I need my 60 degree wedge, and there might be a bit too much of a gap from my PW to 50 to 56. I'm comfortable with my 56 for most situations. So I might have flexibility there to do some adjustments mid-season. With my membership this year I'm hoping to get to a 15hdcp by the end of the season.

Do you ground your club or hover it?

Always grounders unite! haha Is that weird to always ground your club? I barely do it with my driver. Maybe my setup routine needs some adjustments.
