  1. Congrats golfers!! I've heard nothing but good things about these range of drivers. I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
  2. In the surest or sure things since my ball finding the water on an island par 3, Scottie Scheffler has won the RBC Heritage! Congrats to Scottie. I hope he enjoys some time off and has a healthy baby.
  3. Scottie leading by 5 with 3 to play. Do we even need to finish? Just give him the trophy
  4. I'm happy with a Billy Horschel win. I know he rubs a lot of people up the wrong way, but I'm a fan and it's great to see him in the winners circle again. Unlucky, Mr-YouTube guy
  5. "A house divided against itself cannot stand" I honestly believe golf in general has probably lost a lot of 'on the fence' fans since the fracture of the sport. By the time the majors roll around and the sport comes back together it's too little too late. The divide in the sport hasn't grown the game, it's pretty much had the opposite effect. IMO, once professional golf finds and agreement and it all comes back together I think it's going to take years to build back to where it was before.
  6. Great call! Talent is pretty deep so there's a lot of names that would fit the bill
  7. Congrats testers. The new DF3 putter looks incredible. I'm looking forward to seeing if it performs as well as it looks.
  8. G’day Golfers, I don’t know about you but I’m still reeling from a great week last week at The Masters. Scottie Scheffler winning was about an inevitable as it gets, but boy what a ride that tournament was! Props to Bryson for being so damn entertaining all week long. This week we move onto a sneaky favourite of mine on tour, the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town. This event can be easily forgotten about as it hides in the shadow of The Masters, but there’s plenty to love about this course and this tournament. The RBC Heritage is held at Harbour Town Golf Links, a par-71, 7,121-yard course. The Pete Dye/Jack Nicklaus design has held the RBC Heritage since the 60s and is renowned for its tight fairways, strategically fiendish bunkers, and small tricky greens. In the past, the former champs have had great success with being able to drive it straight, above-average mid-iron striking, and elite scrambling around the greens. Last year, it was the second year in a row that the RBC Heritage was decided in a play off and Jordan Speith was involved both times. In 2022, Spieth was successful in the play off over Patrick Cantlay and was the winner of the RBC Heritage, last year the play off was between Spieth and Fitzpatrick and Spieth wasn’t so lucky. Spieth had 2 agonizingly close chances to end the tournament during the first 2 play off holes, but it wasn’t to be, and Fitzpatrick fired a dart to within a foot on the 3rd hole to finish the play off and claim the trophy. Field Highlights · Matt Fitzpatrick – The defending champ and current world number 12. Fitz hasn’t really seemed to get started so far this season with 3 missed cuts and only 2 top-10’s in 10 starts. Recently he said he thought his swing ‘felt off’ and discovered a weight in the grip that he had been experimenting with and had forgotten was there. Seems like a massive oversight, but shortly after he remedied this he had his best finish of the season with a solo-5th at The Players, he then back it up with his only other top-10 finish with a T-10 at the Valero Texas Open. Maybe check all your clubs guys? Surely it’s a weight in the grip that’s causing me to be terrible, right? · Scottie Scheffler – Last weeks Masters Champ and the current world number 1 by quite a wide margin. I assumed, that with Scottie’s wife so close to giving birth, that Scottie would miss this week, but the boy just likes to play golf and he likes to win. I’m sure everyone in the field is hoping that Mrs Scheffler gives birth soon, but at the time of writing Scottie is scheduled to play. Scottie (and this will be a surprise to no-one) is also currently leading the Fed-Ex cup standing. I’m shocked. Scottie’s record speaks for itself this year and his recent form is even better. In the last 4 outings he has won 3 (including a major last week) and the other he finished T-2. Last year here he finished T-11, but odds are he’ll do better this year, unless his kid comes along first. · Jordan Spieth – The winner here in 2022 and narrowly missed out on being the defending champ last year after a play off loss to Matt Fitzpatrick. Spieth’s season has been much like his golf game, full of ups and downs and you can never guess what might come next. In 9 tournaments this seasons Spieth has had 3 top-10’s, but also 3 missed cuts and a DQ at The Genesis after signing an incorrect score card. Last week at The Masters, Spieth was far from his best and every time I looked his was in the tress or the rough scrambling for a par or worse. Spieth has always played quite well here and he’s never been a player to stay down for long, so I’d expect a good showing here this week. · Ludvig Aberg – Watch Aberg play golf and it’s hard to believe he only turned pro last year. Even more so if you watched him play last week at The Masters, you would have easily thought he has a seasoned regular at Augusta National and not that it was his first time playing in The Masters. Aberg has had 9 starts this year and along with making every cut so far, he has also had 2 runner-up solo-2nd finishes. One was back in Feb at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the other last week at The Masters. Aberg will be in the winners circle soon. Watch this space. The full field can be found here. Should be a good week at Harbour Town and I think the RBC Heritage is the perfect tournament to follow up from The Masters being challenging and interesting to watch in it’s own right. Will Scottie triumph again or will he let someone else have some limelight? SPLATT
  9. Aside from prime Tiger, has there ever been a Masters champion that felt so inevitable? It was Scottie's to lose before the tournament even began
  10. Hear that? That's Scheffler hammering the nail into the coffin! Absolutely clinical back 9
  11. That's Augusta in a nutshell though, right? You HAVE to miss in the right places and have an insane amount of luck on your side to be competitive
  12. Shot of the tournament?
  13. Äberg isn't done yet! What an amazing first trip to Augusta
  14. Insane that only 3 holes ago Morikawa and Scheffler were T-1 and now Morikawa is 5 shots behind Scheffler. Golf, am I right?
  15. Scottie seems to have gone up a gear. Feels like he'll run away with it from here.
  16. I felt that first bunker shot of Morikawa's in my soul. Sucks to hit a double bogie this this stage of the tournament
  17. Love him or hate him but you can't deny he's interesting to watch haha
  18. Going to be the same tomorrow!
  19. Tiger 1 under through 3. Trying not to get my hopes up too early. Also, how good was Bryson today?!
  20. I'm currently reading this and it's fantastic!
  21. Hello from 3am in Australia. IT'S MASTERS TIME, BABY!
  22. These clubs are really really really ridiculously good looking They looked nice on Haywood's website, but seeing them in someone's golf bag is just next level!!
