  1. I just have fun watching it. I personally am not seeking any swing advice, too hard to translate to your game without a coach in person to analyze your game. I do like the course strategy stuff though, how to play smart and managing your way around the course. I also like watching the golfers play each other and watching them play some of the best courses in the world.
  2. I like some music but silence as well. Main thing is if music is played, it's low enough as to not bother someone's game. Sometimes, it's nice to get away from the everyday noises of everyday life and the golf course can offer a person that. Low volume music ok, but silence can be golden.
  3. Golf balls, because I just can't seem to keep em long enough for some reason.
  4. Each person's experience is different. I played little golf when my child was born and I love the game. Funny thing though, I just immersed myself in my child and my wife and enjoyed new things especially going outdoors with them both quite frequently, lots of sunshine and fresh air. You'll both figure it out. Congrats, it's the neatest experience you'll ever have in your life. Hard and very rewarding. By the way, my golf playing increased again when my child was maybe 2 yrs old.
  5. KBS Money Taper for me. The feel is sublime, mid trajectory with low spin. Best shaft I've ever used.
  6. I don't but maybe one day I'll find it in the budget. I sure wish prices would drop but not counting on it. Anyway, love to have one. Cheers
  7. Stand bag because I mainly walk. I like the fact to that when set down it doesn't fall over. I use a Titleist Player 4, very light weight. It doesn't have an external foot mechanism either, just set the bag down, the base of the bag has an internal mechanism to release the legs. Love it.
  8. Go to a fitter and get the Trackman or Foresight data.
  9. Stand Bag. Love to be able set the bag down and it not fall over even on uneven ground. I walk mostly now as well so I have a Titleist Player 4 carry bag which is not even 4 lbs. Walking saves so much money and with this bag, it's a breeze. In the last 4 rounds I've saved almost $80 compared to the guys I played with that rode a cart.
  10. Only speaking from personal experience as I have their irons. Srixon is obviously well known but the quality of everything they make is top tier but I don't feel like their sales compared to the others reflects that. I use the ZX5 irons and absolutely love everything about them. I use the Z STAR ball, same, love it. Wilson seems to be another although I haven't used there stuff as of yet. You think Mizuno fits in there? Anyway, my two cents
  11. Hey guys. I'm using and loving the Callaway Rogue ST MAX LS 10.5 deg lowered to 9.5 with a Mitsubishi Tensei AV Raw White shaft which is low spin with a high kick point. What a great combo. Great feeling, smooth. It's hard for me to miss with this thing. I'd be stupid to switch, not messing with a good thing. Cheers
  12. No doubt, play. TV coverage is so good, I'd rather just watch it on TV.
  13. I walk and carry my bag most of the time and like a 4 or 5 slot bag. Easier to just quickly drop my club in the bigger slot. I've had 14 way bags and don't mind em but now I'm used to the 4 and 5 way. I have a Titleist Players 4 stand bag and man is it light which I love.
  14. Bryan Bros, Busta Jack, Not a Scratch Golfer, Zac Radford, Grant Horvat, Golf Sidekick and others. They all do golf vlogs. Instruction wise Danny Maude, Scratch Golf Academy, Mike Malaska. Allot of good golf content to be had on YouTube.
  15. Ditto. People not playing "Ready Golf'. Course's could do their part and enforce pace of play.
