  1. By trade, I develop data analytic tools and software automation. I've always had a heavy interest in statistics to have a better understanding of the impact of the things that I work on or am involved in. I haven't yet done a golf-related head-to-head style dashboard analysis but it's something that I've been thinking about for some time now. So far, I've just been an avid reader/consumer of in depth reviews made by others but haven't yet taken the dive to do it myself. I'd love the chance to perform a deep dive between some golf products to see if I can demonstrate a tangible difference between them as opposed to a subjective perception of a difference.
  2. Going to start leaving vice pro/plus's around cardinal to bring you back to the dark side
  3. Playing for just over a year now. Arccos claims it varies between 18.5-19.0 It's a fun challenging thing. It's been very satisfying to be able to see tangible results from practicing more along with my group of friends that started when I did. I've always enjoyed data heavy reviews with all kinds of products. I don't know anyone else personally who regularly reads the stuff here though. Hampton Roads area, actually remarkably close to the current HQ. I really enjoy playing Colonial Heritage in the Williamsburg area, but most played would likely be the municipal Deer Run/Cardinal courses in Newport News. I really enjoy being able to play year round here. It gets cold sometimes but it doesn't stay that way for long. I don't really have any complaints to be honest. I develop software applications, automation and data analysis tools for the army. Probably explains the enjoyment of all the data backed reviewing done here. Gamertag from childhood years that I've stuck with all this time. WITB: G425 Max 9º Ventus TR Blue 6-S G430 19º Hybrid ZX5 MKII 4-PW Glide 4.0 50°, 54°,58° AI-ONE Milled #7 Copper WITB on special occasions: Eye 2 BeCu 2-SW Black Dot Heppler Tomcat 14
  4. Used mint/near mint vice pro/pro plus for me this year.
  5. I'd wager this has more to do with the appearance of it being older stock than any kind of substantial quality difference. There's also the argument of characteristics potentially changing as the ball ages, but I wouldn't have an idea on how significant that would be if at all if they weren't out baking in the sun or under water the whole time.
