  1. I just had a fitting at Golftec. Honestly, I could not recommend it. I was getting fit for 3W and 3H. He only had me hit one head for each and only 1 shaft on each. The 3W had a driver shaft on it so I had to grip down on it. I've only been playing since July 2023, so I was kinda surprised that the head he had me hitting was the Qi 10 Tour for both 3W and hybrid. I only hit maybe 6 shots for each club. He then tried to sell me on both clubs. Overall, it was just a rather poor experience and waste of money.
  2. Probably around 2-3k. I currently have the MLM2PRO, but I was looking at Mevo+.
  3. What are the best launch monitors that do not require a monthly/annual subscription?
  4. Will do. I'm also going to make my own template with my 3D printer and see how that works as well. After testing, if all goes well, hit me up and i'll send you a template so you can give your input as well.
  5. I found a template on ebay that you can use with a paint marker. I was thinking of getting one and testing it out.
  6. Did the same thing at my office. I had to have someone lift me up on the forklift to dig it out of the insulation.
  7. I am. I doubt the Trackman will ever go on sale at the price point i'm willing to spend. I will probably upgrade to a GC3 or Bushnell with unlocked subscription. Since I am limited on space and still want to be able to use my office for work without moving stuff around everytime I want to play. I'm also not a huge fan of all the subscriptions. Seems like everyone is forcing you into a subscription to be able to get all the benefits from your launch monitor.
  8. I'm beginning my upgrade plans right now. Going to turn my home office into a office/simulator room. It's going to be a tight fit because of my ceiling height, one positive for being kinda short I guess.
  9. That looks almost exactly the same as my setup down to the tripod holding the ipad, lol.
  10. What Player Will Have the Most Points: Hovland What Player Will secure the Clinching Point on Sunday: Schauffele
  11. The Rapsodo comes with 3 of the Callaway dot balls. I use those and I tried to make my own (I didn't do so well there). I did see there is a template on eBay that you can use to make your own. I plan on getting one and giving it a try.
  12. I currently use the Spornia Sg-7. It works pretty well. It has a net attachment for the top to catch pop ups. The chipping net attachment is also pretty nice. I have the Golfguru 5x4 mat. My only issue with the mat is that it tends to slide a bit, but that is probably a swing issue on my end. The mat uses the rubber tee inserts and comes with one that takes a wooden tee. I use the MLM2PRO with my setup. I really like the Rapsodo, only downside is the yearly subscription fee. If you plan on using it indoors and outdoors I would suggest marking the location after you have it setup to make it easier to put back and get a leveling stand (found on eBay and Etsy for around $30). My setup is currently very mobile since I have it in my office at work. Once I get a more fixed location for it i'm sure most of my issues will go away. Good luck with your project, look forward to seeing the results.
  13. I've been using my MLM2Pro for about a month now. I've only played a couple local courses though, but they have both been pretty accurate. I've played The Fort (Indianapolis) and the Pete Dye course in French Lick. The only issues I ever come across is with the short chip shots. It never seems to register when I hit it well, but never fails to register a bad one. LOL
