  1. That it is. Being comfortable with not being perfect is what it’s all about. Knowing the game is about who accepts this while chasing perfection is the struggle I deal with because I want to be perfect lol
  2. I would say with the two straps, it was most comfortable I have ever had, but that’s limited to 3 bags so take that with that. The single strap was slippery over on shoulder but felt good and sat on my hit just right. I think they pretty easy to adjust, but I was very lazy and didn’t with the single strap.
  3. We may have the same brain lol this is and has been what goes through my head. I plan on going to The Kingdom (the one in GA)in September to get fitted, and then play a round. The round is what I keep thinking about with this bag and how bad my sweat will be. I will get fitted and then the round, which means that bag will just be slipping off my shoulder. Lol
  4. If walking definitely double starps, if anything else whatever is attached. The strap system on the Ghost bag is the easiest change I seen on a bag. The clips are super simple and functional. I love it honestly. Plus both types of straps are very comfortable. The cushion is by far better then any other bag I have used. I loved it. I will get a better picture of these as well but here a quick one to show the thickness. When I used the Single strap the other day to walk to the club house and put on a care, I found it to be slippery as well. It also didnt help that I did not adjust anything, and it kept tilting forward.
  5. I am still playing with this. So far I have found out I do not play well fresh out of the car or even 10 mins out of the car. The best round I have ever played, I had a full blown range session before hand. lol but i think if i can hit a small bucket, 20 balls or so, is best for me. as long as i get another 20 mins on putting. So now i show up about 1 hour before the tee time. to warm up.
  6. That is a great trade off! you did not miss anything as good as your child playing well!
  7. As promised a little bit of Sky Valley and the Game up there. a week late but still made on here. Thanks guys for the love and support!
  8. Goodmorning Friends! I hope yall have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend! This should prove to be a good one for me to yard work and home work done.... maybe after chores, golfing can happen. So lets knock out Friday, and get to the weekend with some bourbon, friends and golf! Hit 'em Straight, BE THE BLESSING!
  9. I forgot about the weekender. That’s a very good point.
  10. Thanks for responding and letting us know that’s the plan! I think I read over that on Motocaddy thread!
  11. If I’m being completely honest and transparent, I’ve been drooling over the Maverick bag for like 6 months, based solely off the grey synthetic leather. I’m a sucker grey and blues, so I was in between those two. So I chose the one that first grab my eye I had looked over and over at them and realized as features they all are pretty much the same, the differences being the color and the back part on the Oreo but that was all I could tell at that time. As far as main features, they should all be the same I believe.
  12. love the little story about the nickel finish! Aaron killed this! Thanks @GolfSpy_APH for getting him to speak!
  13. Date 04/24/2024 Course Name RTJ Hampton Cove River Gross Score 97 Course Handicap 18 Gross Strokes over/under par 25 Net Score to Par 7 Net Score 79 Net Birdies or better Longest Drive Slope: 130 Rating 70.21 Par: 72 White Tees
  14. I do too! I am really hoping like some avaitors on a ghost or something would be awesome!
  15. I do not have one, but I love the way you are thinking! surely one of those Motocaddy guys have one right? @StrokerAce @rkj427 @Erin B, do y'all happen to have a Ghost bag to try when the Motocaddies come in?
  16. So this could be just me and the way I think, but I think the whole bag could be a reference honestly. From the Grey color (which is my guess why they named it Maverick, after the color of some fighter jets), the pull tabs being red with white writing ("Remove before Flight", also I know every bag has these but fits to the theme for me lol), to the black GHOST logo and carbon fiber legs being so clean and sleek like Maverick was, and of course the box. But to get to what I think you mean not that I have noticed yet, but I am still looking over everything very closely so it might be there and I just havent found it.
  17. I love the grey scheme, and the "Top Gun" theme! Thank you!
  18. They are family, and our young daughter loves this dog. I worked in veterinary hospitals for almost 10 years, so it was one of those things where you know to much and that causes to many negative thoughts. I hate that y'all had to say goodbye to a him! I truly understand that idea of not going through it again, I am likely very close to that, but I don't know if my wife is there though. Thank you Rob!!
  19. So I did play 18 yesterday, in which I rode this time to talk with my partner. Here is my first take on this: Love the 14 way divider! That was nice, and help me make sure I did not forget to pick up a club around the green. I wish the velcro for the gloves were a little bigger because I rotate through gloves during a round due to sweat. The cart sleeve is a must!!! I say this because I had to re-adjust the bag mulitple times, due to the way it set in those carts. I dont know if it was the cart, the bag, or how tight the strap was originally, but will be paying more attention to this. While I dont think it was the tightness of the strap because the legs were already pushing on the basket behind the seats, but it could be. Love the magnet towels, but will have to get back to using them. Course had some wet areas, so I did get the bag dirty, and the ability to clean it was amazing! The synthetic leather is so easy to clean. I cleaned with a wet rag, and it worked. Everyone loved it! I looked way better then I played (worst round of the year). I honestly forgot to put cans or water in the cooler becasue I am a ding dong. Good news there will be other chances.
  20. Morning all, Good news, the nasty lump on Mosley's ear is bengin. Since he is a boxer, seeing hard bumps give me anixety, but we got good news and were given meds, so it should get better. I also got to play 18 holes yesterday, and did not play well but did get to play so that was good. @GolfSpy_KFT sorry to hear about the kids getting sick. Praying for a quick recovery. Also in my opinion, rant away. We all need a place to put some frustations into. If you ever need a ear to bend, feel free to reach out. I hope everyone has a happy Thirsty Thursday! Hit 'em straight! BE THE BLESSING!
  21. While I'm just trying to get grass in my yard instead of weeds and clover, your over there doing what I hope to accomplish one day! Please post pictures, and keep us up to date. I will need a blue print for when i try lol
  22. Goodmorning all, I ask that you send a little prayer up for one of our dogs. It seems while we were away, he grew something on his ear, a bump that looks more like a tumor then a hematoma. He is a boxer so they are prone to these, I just dont have a good feeling about this. He happens to be my little girls favorite also... So really hoping it's nothing, and that the vet calls soon. Thank yall. I hope yall have a great day! Hit 'em Straight! Be the Blessing!
