Parallel tip Nippon 1050GH are a constant weight shaft even though they're parallel tip. They come in discrete sets to match the respective iron because they're not meant to be tip-trimmed - you trim the butt to length only. +1" shouldn't be an issue because you have plenty to play with.
This is the cheapest I've seen them:

On a side note - what does $100 per shaft include? If it's fitted including grips and labour - I'd be inclined to stop complaining. YMMV.
Just includes gluing them to the head and cutting them to length (in the butt obviously). I have a set of grips waiting to go on them. I already paid for the fitting (which was well worth the $175, I dont have a trackman) but $680 for a set of shafts that are sub $200 otherwise.. It's just a bit steep, IMO.

Yeah, I saw this, but nowhere in their specs does it give any specifics like if they've been cut to standard lengths or if they are uncut

I had an iron fitting today, to fit my existing heads (2023 Aerojet) to the correct shafts for me. I thought the fitter did a really good job, and I was able to do my part with quality swings as well.
What we landed on were Nippon 1050GH parallel shafts at +1" and heads bent 2 degrees upright. But.. What I'm not willing to do is pay $100/shaft when they ARE available online from $23-27/shaft online.
My question is - Does anyone know where I can find these shafts uncut? Everything I've found comes in a set at standard lengths, and I need them uncut or +1".

Hey Guys, long time lurker, first time poster. Looking to get active in the forum as I become more involved with the sport.
How long have you been playing golf?
On and off since I was probably 10 or 12. My dad taught me well enough to navigate a course, but that was about it. Always had a nasty slice, and no real short game fundamentals. I got the bug in 2022 after not playing for ~ 10 years.
What’s your handicap or normal score?
10.1, usually mid-low 80s with the occasipnal round mid-high 70s, and the occasional score in the low 90s.
What do you love about golf?
You vs. You. I come from a competitive pistol background where I competed at a fairly high level. From a mental standpoint, both games are identical. Physically, golf is alot more nuanced and harder to execute physically. I believe learning how to get good at that game has allowed me to progress quickly in golf. Working with one of the most well known PGA Pros in the midwest hasn't hurt either.
What brings you to MyGolfSpy? Do you already know any other Spies?
Hunger for information! I do not know any others.
Im knowledge hungry. While my pro has been an invaluable resource, I'm always willing to think outside the box and find other things that work for me. This is a good place to do that, IMO.
Where are you from? What is your home course?
NW IA originally. In the Des Moines area for the last 10 years. Otter Creek, Ankeny, is my home course, if I had to pick one.
What are the best and worst things about golf in your region?
Good: Inexpensive, high quality courses
Bad: Short season
What do you do for a living?
Skilled trades. Electrician
How’d you pick your user name?
I work short game close to daily.. Mostly because I'm a liability off the tee . And I like a good pun.

I wondered this too - But the numbers definitely didn't lie. I'll definitely be doing some digging.
