  1. Had to share this one, but perusing Costco I saw a "Stitch SL4 Cart Bag" which basically looks like their Tour Bag... Which is $648!!! Their selling this bag for $189.99. Anyway, if you need one (or don't), it might be a good addition https://www.costco.com/stitch-sl4-cart-bag.product.4000237223.html
  2. I played Super Soft then Chrome Soft in 2023. I’ve played the new TP5, but looking forwarding to trying some Vice balls. Thinking of buying a variety pack.
  3. Well, I'm sad to say I won't be getting the subscription. I really liked getting the distances, but you're right about the app. I couldn't get it do a couple simple things like ending the hole... I am definitely missing a few screws, but dang. Left a little disappointed, but glad to have tried it.

  5. Thanks for that APH! I'm happy getting them for free because I'm not sure if I'd pay retail for them and be unsatisfied like you are. I think this is good model overall for them considering their annual subscription is >$100.
  6. I was scrolling on Instagram this morning and got an ad for Arccos and TaylorMade. They’re currently giving out free sensors and discounted link (optional) and 45-day trial for TaylorMade club users. I thought I’d have to take a picture of my TMs or show a receipt but no process other than paying $10 for shipping and putting your address and card (if you let trial run over). https://taylormade.arccosgolf.com/ If this isn’t allowed; I’m sorry! I just wanted to share a good opportunity with other gear nuts
  7. Are you talking about 18Birdies AI Coach? (In your original post, you mentioned "bad birdies".) They do give a week trial, so maybe you could go to the range and set it up? I was thinking of doing that this week. If I do, I'll report back
  8. I can totally understand this and I made sure when I went to inform them I wouldn't be buying from the store (bought used). This was nice because I paid for the fitting and didn't feel bad not getting anything and they knew they weren't going to sell me on anything. Definitely important to feel comfortable, because you'll want to try an emulate what it's like out on the course! My advice to anyone is take breaks if you need and don't feel bad if you need schedule another fitting if your swing is off that day. It can be a nerve racking experience and costly depending where you are.
  9. Oh you mean AJ1s? Haha, don't get me wrong, I got a pair which I love... But thinking about getting spikes. They just seem better under certain conditions, but never played with them. Especially if you're playing in the PNW. That said, I haven't slipped once in my Jordans. Another cool thing are the Golf Kicks. Never used them, but look interesting!
  10. If 9 holes count, I've hit my age (32) a few times Congrats to everyone in their 70s that hit in the 70s... Impressive.
  11. I just got an ad for this on Instagram. I wish I gotten it earlier because I recently got a Ping Hoofer Lite. I totally love it, but this would've fit me so much better!
  12. Just go play and have fun! I, too, will get caught up in all the gear, but you definitely have a bag that will suite you on any course! Maybe for starters, go try a 9-hole "executive" course near you. Once you get familiar with the game, perhaps go try out a full round of 18-holes.
  13. I would just play with your Driver and 5-PW to test things out for a little. If you find yourself 160-200 yards out consistently and can't get on the green within 3-4 shots, then definitely consider getting a 4 hybrid or 3 wood. They're definitely more challenging to hit then your 5i, but could help you get their sooner. Like @MichaelC_81 said, stick to the lessons and get some recommendations from your instructor. They'll know best where you're missing.
