Good Morning all, so played my 9 yesterday with all the rain coming in today and the weekend . Due to a cart brake failure and this idiot taking off running to stop it, I'm hurting again. Looks like a week maybe 2 before I'll be golf ready again. Pulled something good in the mid section and we'll walking and rotating are painful. Ok so it went down hill after hole 3 literally and shot wise. Finished 46 for 9 holes and lost 2 balls. As well as my cart brake failed and I had to chase my cart from across a 50 yard fairway and pulled something that made me want to stop the round but I played the last 4 holes in pain because , ummm it's golf! I'm hoping it's nothing just old man using muscles he hasn't in a while sore and we can maybe go this weekend . The driver let me down up until the last hole drove to with in 20 yards and a par 4 310 yards to front edge. Putter was on and approach was about usual . But hey I wasn't working

Well we made it on the course for a not so quick 9. All in all I am just happy to be on the course good start for me 1 over after 2 and waiting on the few in front to play on

Good Morning everyone, it's been a soaking here in the Western part of NC for the last few days. Sounds like a break today and hoping for a chance to make it out and at least get 9 in this afternoon. Time restraints and weather have set back the game this past 2 weeks so eagerly awaiting the next chance on the course. Have a good day all

Still thinking about some Stix clubs but affordability is key unfortunately.

Good Morning, So yeah this whole work thing is really getting in the way of my golf game. Luckily I do work from home but the 8 to 5 is really not conducive to what I would like my golf schedule to be. Any wealthy contributors out there that want to pay me to go golfing instead of looking at this screen all day?

I am liking that I am seeing so many lefties. I have not come across many at my local courses or in the past places that I have played.

After coming off an injury which has kept me out for a while I am just trying to get back into the swing ( no pun intended) of things. At one point i was a 14 handicap but currently I am around 20. I have only played with Those dicks sporting goods clubs but I know that I cannot make any gains with equipment not made to improve my game. I am hoping to become a tester and maybe be able to afford the equipment to further my golf game . Drive and desire are not lacking . so here's hoping we can make some gains and maybe be low double digit handicap by the end of the season and if we are really lucky single digits. Im just a lefty looking to play a game that I love and hate all at the same time.
