  1. Hole 1! There is trouble on left and right and long. You need to hit a little cut if you want any chance of a fairway. At the beginning of the season it had my number but I thought I had figured it out. but last 2 rounds my first swing has be ob. And it now live rent free in my brain
  2. For the past 2 years I’ve been loyal to TP5’s but gave in to all the talk about its older brother the TP5X. I’ve been using the x’s now for about 2 months and I’m not sure how I feel about them yet. I definitely have not been playing my best golf as of late but I’m not ready to blame the ball. They for sure have a very different feel to them that I am not used to. I’m probably in an adjustment period switching from softer balls that I’ve always loved the feel of. I have not noticed the extra distance that most others claim and it feel that I have lost some accuracy with my irons. I do feel better around the green but it also may just be me putting some extra work on that part of my game as of late. I still have 2 dozen TP5X balls in my bag but after those I do think I’m going to make the switch back unless something clicks in the next couple weeks. For me at least with softer balls they feel way more predictable and consistent. Curious what others think and if they tried the same thing and what they have noticed.
  3. My iron set is on the way out for sure. I’ve been rolling with the TM m4’s 5-A. Recently put a tm P770 2 iron in the bag but nothing is safe with the exception of my driver and probably 3 wood. Putter is another upgrade to be made but only have so much money to spend. My wedges are playing very well right now (56,60) both vokeys but they are getting pretty worn and will probably be a next year upgrade.
  4. Honestly just had one of those days today where nothing was clicking. Putting was great all weekend but struggled to find fairways and green. May need to take a day or 2 away from the clubs and regroup. Let’s hope next weekend was better
  5. played my usual track today and it did not go as well as I hoped. its was in rainy wet conditions and my ball striking really struggled. the range warmup felt really good but I dropped a couple bad shots early and felt the trend of the day. I could never really get it back on track except on the green which is by far the worst part of my game, so that gave me a little confidence for tomorrow morning at least. really need to slow down the swing and hit some more fairways because the wet rough was not fun to be in and its expected again tomorrow. I hope everyone else ha a better day than me today.
  6. I've been playing with the M4 iron set for a couple years now and have been tinkering with my shot shaping for a little bit now and am really struggling with consistent movement. i can play a nice 5-10 yard cut almost at will but am having a really hard to overcooking my draw. I can play the shot I want more times than not but can't seem to dial it in to a repeatable shape. As all golfers do I want to blame it on my irons but I'm probably just need to practice more.i don't have the same problems if my woods (stealth 2) or my Driver (Paradyme) if any tips let me know
