  1. Welcome...I use to live in Houston (Yewston)... where do you usually play?
  2. Hi My name is Keith August, and I'm a golfaholic (the room responds: "hi, Keith) I live in coastal NC I don't currently use a rangefinder. I tried one, about 15 or so years ago, and when I measured a flag in a scramble tournament, I sent an 8-iron about 25 yards over the green into a tree. I would love the opportunity to test one of these bad boys out, and give my non-biased feedback. And, happy holidays, everyone! (now, to the cookies and coffee, offered at these Golfaholics Anonymous meetings)
  3. Hey, ya'll....I play in the SE corner of NC I play at "0" I use more "traditional" putters, but would love to test this technology. Will use it 2-3 times/week Thanks for this opportunity!
  4. Great looking putter & thanks for sponsoring this testing event! I'm old school, and putt with a very old Bullseye LaFemme...about 50 years old +/- I play around 12-15 times a year....more, depending on who's visiting from out of town. I do not carry a recognized handicap, but play to a scratch....but, I wish someone would give me shots! Pick me!!! Pic me!!!
  5. Keefus Coastal North Carolina "0" I play an old Cobra Greg Norman - (forged) - PW (48⁰) A Slotline spinner SW (56⁰) And, depending on the course, a Cleveland TA 588 60⁰ Would love to try one of the RTX-3
  6. Beautiful old set of Karsten 1 irons, all matching serial numbers, original shafts. Never abused, and kept in climate controlled environment as long as I've had them. Pictures include face of the PW...grooves still in excellent condition. All grooves on all clubs in this or better shape. Make me a good offer, please!
  7. I've been here for a short while, but am still finding my way around. Just a quick intro, and offer to others out there. I'm old school golf meets new millennium. From first clubs being wooden shafted to being able to hit the ball over 300 yards at the age of 60. From good old balata to resin blends. Any and all tips & suggestions given to me will be listened to and considered...and, my offer to you is any questions that I may be able to help with will receive the same consideration. Hope that the storm hasn't gotten in the way of your holiday weekend plans, and would love to know how your courses have handled the rains.

  9. Keefus Coastal NC (where we are getting dumped on with rain) 0 Thanks for these opportunities to try & review new things
  10. Welcome, from another MSG newbie, but long-time gofer. Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas! And, lots of good golfing in the New Year! Don't know about you, but it's going to be in the 70's where I am, so I'll probably get out to shag some balls, to get the rust knocked off.
  11. Currently using really old Acushnet Bullseye LaFemme (circa mid 60's) with original leather grip, and origin pencil thin steel shaft
